This addressed my life situation, exactly! Reading this truly felt like an answer to prayer. Thank you for articulating what has been swirling around my mind and soul for quite some time. Now, I know the answer! God bless you.
Thank you. Your words are a beautiful reminder of our purpose…..The goal isn't to become an influential writer or build a successful platform. The goal is to lift up Christ, who will draw all people to Himself (John 12:32).

Love this! I wrote on this topic recently from a slightly different angle, but I totally agree with your take as well. The things we are truly "called" to do are clear in Scripture. Love God, love others, be thankful, share Jesus with others, etc. If we enjoy writing and see godly fruit from it, great! We don't necessarily need a divine assignment to do it. It's a gift He's given to us to build up the Body of Christ, so go for it! (1 Peter 4:10) We sometimes make "finding our calling" or "God's will for my life" too complicated and mysterious.
Thank you so much for writing with great clarity. I am of need of a new pair of glasses to see... Your words describe closely to what I have struggled with this past year. The word God pressed upon me was to stop all 'machinations'. Writing is not a marketing plan of God's.
I have returned to writing, but now He takes precedent in my day.
This resonated so well with me because my writing ministry is an overflow of my walk with Him. I never knew He would ask me to write, I just enjoy staying at His feet and writing down the insights He gives me from scripture.
I didn't know He was also training me to write in the process.
Great words. I've been experimenting with some new habits to help with both the prayer and the writing, but always trying to trust first instead of force my way through.
I really liked this post. "It's about understanding that our calling flows from our relationship, not from our career analysis." really resonated with me. If our relationship with Christ isn't what it should be, we should start with our calling spending time with Him. Thanks for writing!
Thank you, Grant, for articulating what I've also been experiencing and living. Our journeys sound very similar. It's reassuring to read and confirm the whispers of God in your writing.

That means a lot to hear. Praise God!
Burden lifted reading this, Grant. Thank you.
Praise God, that is wonderful to hear :)

Wow, that was amazing. You brought an answer and direction about the importance of reflecting Christ in our writing. Thank you!!!
Thank you for sharing. It was a confirmation for me.
Dear bro. Love your heart and insight. God bless you.
Thank you, George. I really appreciate your support!

I really have no words. I certainly don't take that for granted, it means so much.

You put words to my eclectic thoughts beautifully, and they are a grounded reminder I've been needing. Thank you

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Although not a writer, you have answered so many of my (so basic) questions.
Blessings
Maxine
Praise God! So glad to hear that.
Yes! So good. Thanks
